プライバシーポリシー

対象: Windows 用アプリ「コピペタ」（以下「本アプリ」）と、そのライセンスの販売／制定日: 2026 年 10 月 21 日

1. 基本の方針

本アプリは、利用者の PC の中で動作します。コピーした内容・履歴・スタック・操作の記録を、開発者や第三者へ送信することはありません。広告や利用状況の解析（アナリティクス）も組み込んでいません。

インターネットに接続するのは、ライセンスを認証するときと、認証を解除するときだけです（5 章）。

2. PC の中に保存する情報

  • 設定: ショートカット、自動起動、履歴の保持件数・期間、除外するアプリ、見た目などの設定。
  • コピー履歴: 初回の確認で利用者が「保存する」を選んだ場合だけ保存します。
  • ワークスタック: 利用者がスタックを作ったときに保存します。
  • ライセンスの情報: お試しを始めた日時、ライセンスキー、認証の結果。
  • エラーの記録: 不具合の調査用に、エラーの種類と発生箇所だけを記録します。コピーした内容は書きません。

コピー履歴とスタックの本文は AES-256-GCM で暗号化し、その鍵とライセンスの情報は Windows の保護機能（DPAPI）で、PC にサインインしている利用者だけが使えるように保護します。暗号化されないのは、日時・ピン留め・並び順・コピー元のアプリ名・データの長さだけです。

3. 保存しない情報

  • 履歴の保存に同意していない間、および一時停止中のコピー。
  • パスワード管理アプリ（KeePass、KeePassXC、1Password、Bitwarden など。設定で変更できます）からのコピー。
  • コピー元のアプリが「履歴に残さない」と指定した内容。

なお、ブラウザーのパスワード欄などからのコピーで、コピー元が上記の指定をしていない場合は、本アプリから通常のコピーと区別できません。気になる場合は一時停止や除外アプリの設定をご利用ください。

4. 機能ごとの情報の扱い

  • クリップボード: Windows からのコピーの通知を受け取り、上記のとおり保存します。
  • 連続ペースト: 利用者の操作に応じて、前面のアプリへ貼り付け（Ctrl+V）と Tab / Enter を送ります。管理者権限のアプリ、除外アプリには送りません。貼り付け先のウィンドウ名は確認の表示にだけ使い、保存しません。
  • マウスだけでコピペ（オンにしたときだけ）: マウスのボタンの押下と離し、その位置を受け取ります。選択された文字は Windows の UI オートメーションで読み取り、クリップボードへコピーします。マウスの動き・位置は保存しません。キーボードの入力は監視しません。パスワード欄・管理者権限のアプリ・除外アプリでは読み取りません。

5. ライセンスの認証

利用者が設定画面で［認証する］または［この PC の認証を解除］を押したときだけ、開発者のライセンスの確認先（https://copipeta-license.copipeta-license-worker.workers.dev 、Cloudflare 上で動作）へ次の情報を送ります。

  • ライセンスキー
  • PC の識別値（Windows のマシン ID に本アプリ固有の値を加えて一方向に変換したもの。マシン ID そのものは送りません）
  • 本アプリの版

確認先は、1 つのライセンスを 1 台の PC で使うために、ライセンスキー・PC の識別値・認証と解除の日時を記録します。認証のあとは PC の中で結果を確かめるだけで、起動のたびに通信することはありません。

6. ライセンスの購入

ライセンスは決済サービス Stripe で販売します。カード番号などの支払い情報は Stripe が取り扱い、開発者は受け取りません（Stripe のプライバシーポリシー）。開発者が受け取って保存するのは次の情報です。

  • 購入時のメールアドレス
  • 購入の記録（Stripe の支払いの番号、日時、発行したライセンスキー、返金・異議申し立ての有無）

これらは、ライセンスキーをお送りすること、お問い合わせへの対応、ライセンスの不正利用の防止のために使います。

7. お知らせメール（任意）

購入の完了画面で、利用者が自分でチェックを入れた場合だけ、コピペタや開発者の新製品・新機能のお知らせをメールでお送りします。同意した日時と、そのときの文面を記録します。お知らせメールに付いている配信停止のリンクから、いつでも止められます。

8. 情報を預ける事業者

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: ライセンスの確認先と、5〜7 章の記録の保存（データベース）
  • Stripe, Inc.: 決済
  • Resend: ライセンスキーとお知らせメールの送信

これらの事業者は海外（主に米国）で情報を取り扱うことがあります。開発者が、本アプリやライセンスの情報を、これら以外の第三者へ提供・販売することはありません。

9. 削除の方法

  • 設定画面の「履歴をすべて削除」「すべてのスタックを削除」で、PC に保存した内容を削除できます。履歴をすべて削除すると暗号化の鍵も作り直すため、以前のデータは復元できなくなります。
  • 本アプリをアンインストールすると、設定・履歴・スタック・ライセンスの情報を含む本アプリのデータは PC からすべて削除されます。
  • 購入時のメールアドレスなど、開発者が保存している情報の開示・訂正・削除を求める場合は、10 章の連絡先へご連絡ください。ただし、税や会計の決まりで保存が必要な購入の記録は、その期間が過ぎるまで削除できないことがあります。

Privacy Policy

Applies to: the Windows app "CopiPeta" (コピペタ, "the App") and sales of its license / Effective date: October 21, 2026

1. Our approach

The App runs on your PC. It never sends what you copy, your history, your stacks, or records of your actions to the developer or third parties. There is no advertising or analytics.

The App connects to the internet only when you activate or deactivate a license (section 5).

2. Information stored on your PC

  • Settings: hotkey, startup, history limits, excluded apps, appearance, and similar preferences.
  • Clipboard history: stored only if you choose to save history in the first-run prompt.
  • Work stacks: stored when you create a stack.
  • License information: when the trial started, your license key, and the activation result.
  • Error log: for troubleshooting, only the type and location of errors. Copied content is never written.

History and stack text is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key and the license information are protected with Windows Data Protection (DPAPI) so that only your Windows account can use them. Only timestamps, pin state, order, source app name, and data length are stored unencrypted.

3. Information not stored

  • Copies made before you consent to history, or while the App is paused.
  • Copies from password managers (KeePass, KeePassXC, 1Password, Bitwarden, etc.; configurable in Settings).
  • Content that the source app marks as "do not record in history".

Copies from places such as browser password fields cannot be distinguished from ordinary copies if the source does not mark them as above. If this concerns you, use pause or the excluded-apps setting.

4. How each feature handles information

  • Clipboard: the App receives copy notifications from Windows and stores content as described above.
  • Sequential paste: in response to your actions, the App sends paste (Ctrl+V) and Tab / Enter to the foreground app. It never sends input to elevated (administrator) apps or excluded apps. The target window's name is used only for the confirmation display and is not stored.
  • Mouse copy & paste (only when enabled): the App receives mouse button down/up events and their position, and reads the selected text through Windows UI Automation to copy it to the clipboard. Mouse movement and positions are not stored. The keyboard is not monitored. Selection is never read from password fields, elevated apps, or excluded apps.

5. License activation

Only when you press "Activate" or "Deactivate this PC" in Settings, the App sends the following to the developer's license service (https://copipeta-license.copipeta-license-worker.workers.dev, running on Cloudflare):

  • your license key;
  • a PC identifier (a one-way hash of the Windows machine ID combined with an App-specific value; the machine ID itself is not sent);
  • the App version.

To allow one license per PC, the service records the license key, the PC identifier, and activation/deactivation times. After activation, the App only verifies the result locally and does not connect on each start.

6. License purchases

Licenses are sold through Stripe. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Stripe and are never received by the developer (Stripe Privacy Policy). The developer receives and stores:

  • the email address used for the purchase;
  • purchase records (Stripe payment ID, date, issued license key, and whether it was refunded or disputed).

These are used to deliver your license key, respond to inquiries, and prevent license misuse.

7. Announcement emails (optional)

Only if you check the box on the purchase completion page, we send emails about new CopiPeta features and new products from the developer. We record when you agreed and the wording you agreed to. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email.

8. Service providers

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: the license service and storage of the records in sections 5–7
  • Stripe, Inc.: payments
  • Resend: sending license keys and announcement emails

These providers may process information outside Japan (mainly in the United States). The developer does not share or sell information about the App or licenses with any other third party.

9. How to delete your data

  • Use "Delete all history" or "Delete all stacks" in Settings to delete data stored on your PC. Deleting all history also regenerates the encryption key, so previous data can no longer be recovered.
  • Uninstalling the App deletes all of its data from your PC, including settings, history, stacks, and license information.
  • To request disclosure, correction, or deletion of information the developer holds, such as your purchase email address, contact us (section 10). Purchase records that must be kept for tax or accounting purposes may be retained until that period ends.
